“ Great food, good service, very clean restaurant. I do takeaways from this place every now and then. The owner of this place is a wonderful person, always smilling. Highly recommend other to go here and experience their great food and service. ”
“ The food is delicious. I've been there three times but got to experience the food more the second & third time due to feeling better & able to keep food down. The food is always a good portion & temperature is hot. The employees are really nice & the price is worth the food. The lunch special combo is very worth it & I love that the vegetable changes due to the vegetable of the day. I love the vegetable samosa especially with the chutney. The chicken tikka masala is super delicious & I would also recommend bc the butter chicken. The chicken wrap is mouth watering & the vegetable wrap is so yummy. I also did try the chicken vindaloo it wasn't spicy that I thought it would because I love me some spice but the sauce was delicious with the potatoes they had with it. I really love the aloo Gobi. I definitely Recommend this place & have told others about it & will for sure come back for the food & the wrap ”
“ Getting takeout from here once a week since time immemorial, and still haven't reviewed this place! When they opened more than a decade ago, we ate there twice a week. Then times changed and so many Indian restaurants opened up in Fremont, and we sorta forgot about this place. Honestly though, such a nice thing to have a place like this you can pick up food from once a week. Our staples are chicken vindaloo, dal tadka, fish pakoras and all their entrees come with choice of naan or rice, so that works out nicely. ”
“ Excellent Punjabi food and service. Moon is a family-owned restaurant that makes authentic Punjabi food, sweets, and snacks. I love that during Diwali and other holidays they have a large selection of sweets to choose from. ”
“ My favorite place to order Indian food in the east bay! Customer service here is quick and seamless -- They are really hospitable and quick to refill glasses of water. Very attentive and ready to add any additions and make suggestions if you want to try new things. Only positive things to say about their customer service. Butter chicken is a must, but the goat curry is perfection -- Butter chicken here does not miss. Has perfect balance of spices and ghee. Pair it with garlic naan and that's already a fire meal. Also ordered goat curry and lamb vindaloo. Not a fan of the potatoes but there was not much. The meat portions are always really high. EACH dish comes with rice but keep in mind, it's a lot of rice. THE wings are a must try too. So much flavor and affordable. Overall, well worth the visit. This place also has a plethora of desserts ready to buy too! ”
“ Their food is delicious! We have been consistently ordering delivery from their website and every time it shows up hot, fresh, and flavorful. Their chicken tikka masala is one of the best that I have had anywhere. Their Aloo gobi is also delicious if you are looking for a vegetarian dish. When you order a meal you get the option of rice or naan; the portions are very large and the quality of the food is amazing. 10/10 yum! ”
“ We ordered to-go Sunday around 7:30 and our food was ready around 15 mins. We really liked the eggplant, goat, and chicken tikka masala. They all had some sort of spice level. 1 piece of the garlic naan was burnt but I think that's normal since other places also have burnt naans too. If we were dining in, we would have asked them to remake some pieces. The Tandoori mixed grill was ok. Some pieces were dry. But the fish was really moist and juicy. I would probably just order the curries. ”
“ I find myself coming back here time and time again and introducing all my friends to Moon indian! The service is quick and friendly The food is super flavorful and has a level of richness that sets it apart from other Indian restaurants. The pricing is super affordable! Most dishes priced under $14. My go it is always the butter chicken, chicken tikka, and garlic naan. They also have lunch specials where you can get a bit of everything. I also love that the curries come with naan or rice as most other restaurants you have to order it separately. You will not be disappointed ”
